A bit of "before and after”energy sprinkled with human design and gene keys↓

There’s two important versions of Natalie when it comes to business: 

There’s the ‘before NLP’ version of me ↓

  • Super ambitious. Like write-my-goals-on-the-mirror, dream-bigger-than-I-said-out-loud kind of ambitious.
  • Nothing was ever enough. No matter what I accomplished, it never felt like I ‘made’ it.
  • Externally obsessed. The next thing (program, strategy, coach etc…) would be that magical key that would finally unlock that next level for me.
  • Tired. I felt like if I wasn’t hustling to earn or prove my success, it wouldn’t happen.

But that got boring. 

Outsourcing my power was no bueno and there was this deep knowing, that I couldn’t explain, that knew there was more to life. More to ME.

So I channeled that ambitious, high-achiever energy of mine into something that was actually going to serve me instead: Neuro Linguistic Programming.

I dove headfirst into the subconscious work; hypnotherapy, tapping, nervous system regulation… all of it.

And for the first time, I didn’t just think new thoughts.
I literally became a new Natalie.

The ‘after NLP’ version of me ↓

  • I trust my intuition and back my decisions. Fully, unapologetically, and fast.
  • I no longer operate from old programming so I build my business around what actually works for ME, not what works for everyone else.  
  • I’ve collapsed timelines because I stopped dragging the past with me.
  • I feel safe being seen, heard, and fully expressed.
  • I move quicker, clearer, and with more peace than ever before.

But even bigger changes and deeper embodiment happened when I discovered Human Design ↓

Human Design Chart
Head – My mind is designed to stay open and expansive. I won’t be imposing my ideas or putting pressure on you to “figure things out”. I help you release mental pressure and lock in clarity.
Ajna – I’m not attached to being right. My open-mindedness allows me to hold space for multiple perspectives. I ask questions that unravel assumptions and help you see things in new ways.
Throat – My voice carries a clear, magnetic resonance that makes you feel seen, heard, and understood. I articulate insights with clarity and conviction, even translating what you can’t yet articulate.
G Centre – I have a consistent sense of self. Like a lighthouse guiding boats to shore, I become the anchor point of safety for those exploring their purpose, truth, and identity.
Heart/Ego – I am an intuitive mirror for the areas where you’re trying to prove, push, or earn your worth. I gently bring you back to self-trust and self-worth. I don’t coach from ego — only alignment.
Solar Plexus – I help you regulate and process emotions without judgment, urgency, or bypass. I can feel what’s present without absorbing it. I hold a calm, grounded, judgment-free space.
Sacral – My undefined sacral lets me spot when you’re burning out trying to keep up. I help you step into rhythms that are sustainable and pleasurable — redefining productivity on your terms.
Spleen – I have a natural instinct for what’s healthy, safe, and supportive. I’ll help you feel calm in the chaos and certain in your decisions.
Root – I am built to handle intensity. Urgency doesn’t throw me off — I channel it. I help you move from pressure into purposeful action quickly and clearly.
